I had an issue with one of the items I ordered for my wife. I reached out, and was treated with complete disrespect and then they asked me to have my wife call because they refuse to speak to a male about this. Very upset, and wouldn't buy from this place if it was the only clothing store available. Commando all day girl

Ordered the items and never received them for more than 20 days. Email the customer services and the rep Ashley is very kind to help me resolve the issue. She informed me that she will change shipping from USPS to UPS for better delivery. The next day I received an email from Yandy service rep named Chuy. Never met any service rep being so rude and provoking in my entire life. He claimed that Yandy will not send the replacement or refund because of delay of USPS. His answer was totally different than Ashley. He mentioned that he just followed Yandy's SOP when encountering the similar request. I replied back to tell him that I still received other packages from USPS with no problem. If Yandy can't deliver the package in another 3 days, then I will have credit company dispute the charge. In 5 minutes, his next email threatened me Yandy will flag me and block me from any future purchase (Like I care?). He then ended with the phrase that It is not personal. Just business protocol. That is probably my worst experience from the online purchase ever. Thanks to a dreadful rep who is so rude and provoking for customer's rational request, I will never buy anything from them again. So whenever you talk to their rep named Chuy, be aware that you will be probably dealing with the worst experience in your life. Trust me, it will not be pleasant at all.

Amazing Customer Service

My package was falsely delivered by USPS (really dislike usps more than ever) But Marisa and Brooklyn were so helpful and really made the process of getting my order so seamless and I'm really happy with this company. I absolutely plan on buying more thanks to these girls!

Cheap chinese quality looks nothing like pics

Quality is similar to wish, or aliexpress, but for 5x the price. All of the items look NOTHING like the photos, the quality is terrible! The only ok item was from leg avenue, because it was in a sealed package from that company, not a cheap replica knock off. And i am the type of girl who doesn't expect too much.

I shop at forever21, H and M, and do not have high expectations, i am easy to please.
I ordered 10 outfits from yandy. I had to throw away most of them. Just directly into the trash. No joke. They dont sit right on the body, the straps are flimsy, they are like the 'expectation vs reality" fails from youtubers.

I am always happy with lingerie purchases on amazon ect. I will NEVER order from yandy again. And i cannot make a paypal case because my first order from yandy was LOST in the mail and i live outside the usa right now. I spent almost $200 down the drain. I literally started crying.

AVOID YANDY, and i am not one of those crazy people who is never happy. TRUST ME on this. AVOID

Amie at Customer Service is 5 Star Rating.

Amie was very helpful and understanding when sending me a new item! The item was defective and the first girl I chatted with quickly ended my case without any solutions but Amie quickly came in and even with my day or two response gaps, she was able to help exactly how I needed and even more so! She is great. Thank you for your products Yandy!

Amazing Customer Support and Service

Had an order delivered with some minor defects, when I called I spoke with someone who was incredibly kind (I have unfortunately forgotten her name,) and sent me the information I needed. I was able to fill it out and speak to Lisa who helped me with the return/refund process, and she gave me store credit and helped reassure me with her kindness. I definitely cannot wait to use this store credit to get new lingerie! Thank you to the team who helped handle this!

Worst, not even one star

I did not even want to give one star because one star indicates some points. I would choose 0. I do not feel that they even care about my issue. They put a wrong size chart and when I want to return, I found out that I need to pay for the first shipment and also they will deduct money from return unless I want store credit from their website. I talked with chat on their website they did not solve my issue. They gave me a phone number. I called and the lady on the phone asked my body measurements, I did not want to give that information but she said she needs to know to approve my issue. Why do I want to return with this reason if the measurement is correct? Finally, I gave them my size measurements so that they can compare and check the size chart but then, she asked additional body measurement which is not include in the chart of the product of I bought. And she said because I do not give additional details of my body measurements they will deduct money. they will not refund shipment fee and they will deduct additional fee since I do not want a store credit. The way she talks and the information she ask was so discomfortable and made me feel so bad. Worst experience ever.

Shipping sucks

I placed a order on 12-4-20 amd it's still not here and been at same spot for 10 days and prior to that sat in Arizona where they are located for 9 days. Never again watch out people

Scammy Extra Costs Return Policy & Poor Quality Product

Was not happy at all with my experience with a dress I bought-- it was very cheaply made, the side crossing had uneven Xs and did not look like the product photo.

Very disappointing that when returning this, Yandy not only keeps what you paid for the shipping but also charges extra costs for a return label (both WAY above cost). Also, they still have not processed my return even though it was confirmed delivered.

I buy online all the time and never with another company have had this many fees.

I ended up losing over $12 to return a poorly made dress to a company with scammy customer service.

Poor customer service

Bought and outfit got it tried it on it was too big. This was for a Halloween party got it too late to try to get another. Sent it back. They returned it to stated that it was stained. I explained it was never worn she said well our pictures don't lie. Never will do business with these people calling me a liar. Has no stains and the liner was missing from where it was still attached when I tried it on and when it was sent back.
